“I’ve lived at Westminster Arch since January 2020 and it’s one of the best places I’ve lived in the city. Rent is probably the most affordable for this area and it’s close to pretty much everything. Maintenance is friendly and complete work orders quickly and the Property Manager, Laura, is wonderful and genuinely cares about everyone who lives here. I’m happy to call this place my home.”

“I lived at Westminster Arch from the end of 2021 to the beginning of 2023. I was originally referred to check out the apartments by prior residents and the price and location sealed the deal. It is right next to a new Giant and a block from Trader Joe’s. Also getting into Center City is very walkable and there are tons of public transportation options.
As for inside my unit, I had a 650 sq ft studio which was laid out well. Storage was never a problem as there are 3 large closets not counting the walk-through wardrobe/vanity closet area. The studio units rely on hallway laundry but there are 2 of each unit on each floor and I never had an issue with a machine not being free. The website provides accurate 360 floor plans to browse.
Finally, the staff members are all very pleasant. The building manager Laura is very personable and does a great job with communications and the trio of maintenance men are very friendly and diligent going above and beyond such as delivering your packages to your door. I had no issue getting my security deposit back. The apartments are a great place to live.”

“I enjoyed living at Westminster Arch a lot and only moved out because I have to relocate for a new job. It's conveniently located in center city and very reasonably priced. There are a lot of long-time residents in the building. It's an older building but the inside has been remodeled and the apartments include lots of modern features. The staff there are also very friendly and are always there to help.”

“I absolutely loved living in this apartment building. The location is amazing in a quiet residential neighborhood but only steps away from the Schuylkill trail and restaurant scene. I have always felt safe walking around, even at night. The parking is also great and super affordable if you get a city parking permit for your district. The maintenance team and property manager respond in an extremely timely manner and are very friendly and easygoing. They made my living experience feel like I was part of a family at Westminster. Highly recommend!”

“Westminster is definitely a hidden gem in Philly. I rented in Westminster for 4 years and left because I ended up buying a home. Westminster is in the perfect location with Trader Joe’s & Whole Foods nearby. Additionally, I travel a lot throughout Philly/The Greater Philly area for work and have been able to easily access all major roadways from Westminster. The Resident Manager & the staff have always been efficient, helpful, friendly, & knowledgeable. Lots of great memories and friendships came from living here!”

I have lived in the city for nearly a decade and have never enjoyed an apartment as much as this one. The location is central and safe at a price that is hard to believe. My apartment was newly renovated when I moved in and very spacious for a studio (600 sq feet). Maintenance and staff are personable (I would receive a cheery hello every morning) and quick to respond. I'd once locked myself out of my apartment at 9 pm and was able to get back in my apartment thanks to their help within fifteen minutes! I truly could not recommend the building more highly.
