SCROLL DOWN

Are you ready to live in one of the most historic and vibrant neighborhoods in Philadelphia? Westminster Arch Apartments is located within Logan Square, a thriving area northwest of Center City. The neighborhood teems with historical attractions, museums, parks, dining, and shopping. The tree-lined roads lead to the beautiful Schuylkill River Trail and towards the sprawling Fairmount Park. You’re mere moments from Philadelphia’s City Hall, Love Park, The Franklin Institute, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and 30th Street Station just to name a few iconic points of interest.

Philadelphia has a penchant for being a place people visit to have fun. The city offers a vibrant live music scene that continues to endure. You are never far from jazz, pop, hip hop, and rock music played by local and famous musicians. And let’s not forget the esteemed Philadelphia Orchestra, a world-renowned classical music organization!

Professional dance companies that have performed globally can be found around Rittenhouse Square and Center City, and you’re never too far from a studio giving both child and adult dance lessons. Community events like Philadelphia Dance Day add to the already jam-packed calendar of theatrical and performing arts events at the Met, the Kimmel Center, Walnut Street Theatre, and many other venues.

But we can’t overlook the cultural, artistic, culinary, and historical treasures that make this city and its surroundings so enchanting. With four centuries of history, Philadelphia is an architectural marvel—and the Westminster Arch building is no different.

Grab some international fare from Reading Terminal Market before visiting one of the many museums around the city, including the Liberty Bell Center and Independence Hall, the Mutter Museum (just a few blocks away from Westminster Arch), the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Barnes Foundation, the Franklin Institute, and many more. Many of Philadelphia’s museums can be found along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, which was modeled after the world-renowned Avenue des Champs-Elysees.

And once you’ve soaked in more than enough entertainment, why not unwind along the Delaware River waterfront? It’s a short ride from your new apartment and features plenty of restaurants and attractions—Race Street Pier, Cherry Street Pier, and Spruce Street Harbor Park. Speaking of parks, let’s not overlook the winding pathways along the Schuylkill that form the Schuylkill Banks Boardwalk and River Trail, which is just a block away from Westminster Arch Apartments.

In Logan Square and other neighborhoods throughout the city, visitors and residents of Philly alike can find vintage and boutique shops, big-name department stores, pop-ups, cafes, and so much more. Just beyond city limits, you can also find some quaint towns or suburbs with mega malls, like the King of Prussia Mall.

If you consider yourself fashion or design-forward, check out Philadelphia’s Historic District, found between 2nd and 3rd Streets. The industrial-themed buildings house all kinds of unique items to bring home. Connecting the Historic District to Center City is East Market Street, a stretch of pavement that leads to the Century 21 department store and Macy’s Center City.

In 2019, Fashion District Philadelphia opened up in the former Gallery Mall. Inside are dozens of shops, including one store that sells goods produced by locals.

Head slightly closer to a stretch of 13th Street near Chestnut to Locust streets in Midtown. There, you will find some of the best nightlife, gift shops, restaurants, and post-dinner desserts in the entire city.

And let’s not overlook the elegance of Rittenhouse Row, just outside of charming Rittenhouse Square. Throughout this area, you can find designer, international, and local brands lined up side-by-side. It’s a great place to visit whenever you’re looking for something special.

Naturally, with all this walking and shopping you’re going to be doing in Philadelphia, you’re going to work up a healthy appetite. There are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and cafes within walking distance from Westminster Arch Apartments, including a brand new GIANT Heirloom market, where you can grab a Starbucks coffee and authentic tacos before stocking up on groceries. The nearby Trader Joe’s is a 4 minute walk and 2 minutes by bike.

But if you’re not looking to cook, you won’t have to go hungry. South of Westminster Arch is a panoply of restaurants, bars, and cafes that covers the entire spectrum of international cuisine. Feast on Italian, Taiwanese, Chinese, French, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, and Indian food all on a single street! Or you could always grab a coffee and a pastry from one of the many cafes around Rittenhouse Square and recharge on a park bench.

With so many opportunities to wine, dine, and shop right outside the front door, Westminster Arch Apartments puts you at the heart of the city.

Living in the neighborhood of Logan Square has a multitude of benefits, including unlimited options for how you would like to spend your day. You are close enough to Center City to always have some kind of entertainment available, but you are also situated in a quieter section of the city. Serenity and safety are never an issue here, making Logan Square one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Philadelphia.

Not only is Westminster Arch Apartments in one of the most pleasant sections of the city, it’s also conveniently located for a quick commute to work, school, or anywhere in between. Philadelphia is a walkable and bikeable city, but there are hundreds of bus stops, subway stations, trolleys, and trains available for easy use. You can connect to every part of the Greater Philadelphia area, including the Philadelphia International Airport, with PATCO and Amtrak.

You will be able to go to the gym or yoga studio in the morning, sit outside for lunch break, then dine al fresco with your family all in the same day.

While you might be content to remain close to home in Logan Square, the surroundings have much to offer as well. You will find college and university campuses throughout the region, including the University of Pennsylvania in University City. Use the trains we mentioned to explore the outskirts. I absolutely loved living in this apartment building. The location is amazing in a quiet residential neighborhood but only steps away from the Schuylkill trail and restaurant scene. I have always felt safe walking around, even at night. The parking is also great and super affordable if you get a city parking permit for your district. The maintenance team and property manager respond in an extremely timely manner and are very friendly and easygoing. They made my living experience feel like I was part of a family at Westminster. Highly recommend!

Westminster Arch is a hidden gem – best kept rental secret in Philadelphia. Constantly improving the common areas and apartments. Top-notch and highly responsive staff at Westminster Arch. A superb maintenance team – everyone connected with this place feels more like a friend than anything else! Best rental value in the city!

I did a careful review when searching for an apartment (studio/ 1 bedroom) to rent, and was very happy to find Westminster Arch. I rented its studio. Westminster Arch’s studio is more spacious than what you would generally find in Center City. The fact that the studio’s kitchen has a separate section is a plus to me. It happens that the studio where I stayed has a beautiful view of One Liberty Place. The apartment building is well maintained, is well lit, and has a security guard at night. The manager, and maintenance team promptly respond to any apartment-related needs, and they are very friendly. If you want to enjoy living in the city (I do!), Westminster Arch has a great location.

The 4 years which I lived at the Westminster Arch were a great launching point to my residency within the city. An amazing location to easily access University City, Fairmount, and Center City areas by foot. I love the fact that 30th Street Station was an 8-minute walk away to commute to work outside the city, and the trolleys and bus stops were one block away on Market Street to get anywhere within the city, quickly and affordably. Parking in the area was always fairly accommodating, making it convenient to leave the city to grocery shop or go on a hike in the Wissahickon. If you don’t have a car, there is a Trader Joe’s one block away, a Whole Foods 5 blocks away, a corner market across the street, and a soon-to-be Giant right next door! You are in the mecca of food, transportation, and flexibility. Aside from the access amenities, the Arch is a very well-maintained property.

I have lived in the city for nearly a decade and have never enjoyed an apartment as much as this one. The location is central and safe at a price that is hard to believe. My apartment was newly renovated when I moved in and very spacious for a studio (600 sq feet). Maintenance and staff are personable (I would receive a cheery hello every morning) and quick to respond. I’d once locked myself out of my apartment at 9 pm and was able to get back in my apartment thanks to their help within fifteen minutes! I truly could not recommend the building more highly.
